How this model was made
The exterior is your four photos, perspective-corrected and draped onto a model sized from the floor plans. Porches, bays and balconies are part of the photo surface, so they read correctly from the four sides and flatten at steep angles.
Interior walls are traced directly from the floor-plan drawings. Room areas and sizes are as printed on the plans. Floor-to-floor height is modeled at 10 ft, which matches the photos.
Rooms marked "Step inside" are photographic 3D models built from Morgan's walkthrough video and the elevator video (free open-source tools: COLMAP to place the frames, gsplat on Google Colab to train). They start at real camera positions from the video; move far from those and the model gets soft or smeared. Not covered by usable footage: the garage, the balconies, the walk-in closet and the front bedroom.
